Growers markets were established in Bogura to ensure fair prices for farmers' produce. However, due to the lack of proper planning and monitoring, these four growers markets are no longer of any use.
Local farmers said that as they do not get proper facilities, they are deprived of the benefits of these markets. As a result, this government initiative is not seeing the light of day.
