Due to the lack of product tags, poor hygiene and overall unsanitary conditions, Deputy Director Selimuzzaman fined Banful one lakh taka. Upazila Sanitary Inspector Mahibur Rahman was present, and officials remarked that cockroach business cannot be mixed with sweets, highlighting the urgent need for consumer protection actions.
