Thakurgaon District Ijtema Concludes with Akheri Monajat

The three-day district Ijtema of Tabligh Jamaat in Thakurgaon has concluded with the final prayer, Akheri Monajat. The prayer started at 11:45 am on Saturday and continued for about 15 minutes, seeking peace, prosperity, and security for Muslims in Bangladesh and around the Muslim world.

Maulana Borhan Uddin, a Kakrail elder and responsible figure of Tabligh Jamaat, conducted the prayer. Thousands of devotees from various parts of the district participated. Since morning, gatherings began at the old brick kiln field near the Thakurgaon-Ruhia road in Gobindnagar, eventually turning the entire Ijtema ground into a sea of people.

Numerous women and children took positions on the other side of the field. According to organizers and general devotees, more than 10,000 people participated in the final prayer, officially concluding the Ijtema with prayers for peace and welfare.
